Turn players into ghosts when they die, with operator commands to revive or respawn!
To enable this mods function, you need to set the deathspectator:enable_death_spectator gamerule to true. This can also be done in the GameRules menu when creating a world.
For servers, this mod records the last death message of a player which can be used with any implementing mods to display or handle in any way.
Reviving a player is done with /revive <player, which will revive the player at a safe location near their death point (the checked radius configurable with gamerule deathspectator:revive_radius). Respawning a player is done with /respawn <player> which will respawn the player at the worlds spawn or the players spawn.
This mod was developed for the OneLife Hardcore Server, connectable at 142.44.234.97:25573.
