Added placeable Lapis Arrows that create directional markers on the ground.

Arrows can be recolored with any dye.

Arrows can be lit using glowstone dust, glow ink sacs, or glow berries, producing a soft navigation light.

Arrows now break automatically if their supporting block is destroyed.

Arrows can only be placed on the top of full blocks (no floating or wall-placement).

Supports 16 color variants + lit/unlit states.
