Changes
DeathLocator 1.1.0 — Minecraft 26.3 support
Changed
- Updated for Minecraft 26.3 (requires Fabric Loader 0.19.5+, Fabric API 0.161.0+26.3 and Java 25+).
- Rebuilt the X toggle key for 26.3's new SDL3 input system. Minecraft 26.3 replaced GLFW with SDL, which changes how key codes work. The default is still X, and it is still rebindable in Options → Controls → Key Binds → DeathLocator.
Notes
- This build is for 26.3 only. Use DeathLocator 1.0.0 on Minecraft 26.2.
- If you rebound the toggle key in 1.0.0, check Controls → Key Binds after updating, since the 26.3 input change can reset custom bindings.
- No gameplay changes: the chat message, click-to-copy coordinates, persistent bottom-right tracker and auto-clear when you return to your death spot all work as before.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
