1.3.0-bukkit

Changes
Bukkit/Spigot/Paper plugin build - a single jar covering 1.20.1 through 26.2.
Same behaviour as the mod: an invisible proxy entity carries the lead, so the leash renders on the leashed player. Configured through plugins/LeashablePlayers/config.yml (enabled, distance-min, distance-max, allow-leashed-remove-fence-knot) instead of gamerules, since plugins cannot register gamerules.
Boot-tested on Paper 1.20.1, 1.21.11, 26.1.2 and 26.2. Every Bukkit API call the plugin makes was additionally smoke-tested on all four of those versions.
Not Folia-compatible (uses the standard BukkitScheduler).
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
