LegendControl-1.3.1

The blacklist of legendary Pokemon can now be disabled.
Chance in /checkleg are now displayed more correctly.
The time before the appearance of the legendary Pokemon has become more correct.
Now all temporary data is stored in storage in the root folder of the server (if you want to save the data, then drag the player and server/temp folders from the configs).
