Lite2Edit 1.0
The first stable release of Lite2Edit! Load Litematica schematics into WorldEdit, edit or paste them, and save WorldEdit clipboards back to .litematic files.
Highlights
- Read and write Litematica schematics through WorldEdit’s schematic commands.
- Import schematics with multiple regions into a single WorldEdit clipboard, including regions with negative dimensions.
- Preserve supported block states and block-entity data where possible; unsupported blocks and entities are skipped with warnings where applicable.
- Improve the handling of packed block-state data, with automated tests covering encoding, decoding, and schematic-format detection.
- Provide release builds for the supported Minecraft versions listed below.
Supported Minecraft versions: 1.20.2, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21, 1.21.1, and 1.21.3–1.21.10.
Known limitations
- Exported schematics contain a single region named
Unnamed; original region names and boundaries are not retained. - Entity support is partial. Unsupported or incomplete entities may be skipped.
- Unknown block types, unsupported properties, and complex mod-specific NBT may not round-trip exactly.
Thanks for using Lite2Edit and for helping make this first stable release possible!

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
