Little Geode

Update to 1.21.1

-Added more blocks in which the geodes can be found. -Lowering the spawnrate of geodes to not be so common. -Lowering the chance of getting non dimention related geodes (ex: fire geodes in overworld blocks), to make them rare. -Rewriting of the config file to have more options (plz delete the old config file to let it regenerate).
