Thanks for the bug reports! Based on your feedback, here's what we changed:

Fixed:

Swapping items between inventory and container (clicking an item in the chest while holding a different item on the cursor) now correctly logs both the removal of the old item and the insertion of the new item.

Fixed:

Rearranging items within a container (picking up and placing items between container slots, including drag-splitting stacks) no longer generates false "removed"/"added" log entries. Only items that actually enter or leave the container are logged.

Internal change:

Slot changes are now accumulated across the full cursor interaction and only committed to the log once the cursor is empty or the container is closed, ensuring accurate net-change tracking.
