LUMINOUS: BEASTS V1.2.8 Changelog
NEW FEATURES:
- Luminous:Beasts is now compatible with Biomes O plenty, Terralith, and Regions Unexplored, meaning when any of those 3 mods are loaded, you will see Legendary beasts appearing in custom biomes tagged with common forge & Minecraft biome tags! Feel free to suggest more biome mods for me to make compatible on my Discord! (All Legendary beasts found in the nether, as well as both sea viper variants are unchanged by this)
- The Configuration file now functions PER WORLD and can be located inside your world folder at ([World Name]/serverconfig/Luminous_Beasts_Configuration.toml)
- Legendary beasts no longer require the player to have killed a beast of the same type prior in order to obtain their loot. It can now drop on the first kill of any beast.
- All Legendary beasts (Normal and Rare) now have dedicated vanilla loot tables, instead of MCreator procedure
- Looting will now work on all legendary beasts - increasing the chance of getting a rare item from a legendary beast (40% chance with no looting, 50% chance with looting 1, 55% chance with looting 2, and 65% chance with looting 3)
- Added four new entity tags - "luminous_beasts:immune_to_executioner_axe", "luminous_beasts:immune_to_furnace_ground_slam", "luminous_beasts:immune_to_headsman_axe", and "luminous_beasts:immune_to_infection" to which their names are self explainatory
- Added two new configuration variables - "phoenix_griefing" and "wind_phoenix_griefing" which are set to false by default. The Phoenix, Baby Phoenix, Wind Phoenix, and Baby Wind Phoenix's projectiles will no longer break blocks by default, although this config still allows the option for them to do so
- The Phoenix, Baby Phoenix, Wind Phoenix, Baby Wind Phoenix, Luminous Moth, and Albino Luminous Moth have new movement patterns - They will attempt to stay closer to the player, avoid them if they get too close, and will always hover within 20 blocks of the ground, so no more watching them fly up to space!
- Removed "snow" from the "luminous:beasts_canblockbeastpit" tag
- The Attack damage of all Legendary Beasts can now scale with attributes

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
