Lycanite's Mobs Update: Hellforged for 1.12.2 - Version 2.0.8.10 for Minecraft 1.12.2

Minor Fixes:

- Improved general performance by reducing String manipulation

- Improved spawning performance by changing block String checks to direct ResourceLocation checks

- Improved spawning performance by changing spawning to use MutableBlockPos

- Fix Kobolds duplicating items with specific NBT tags using untagged items

- Fixed poison/plague liquids not damaging entities until they leave the liquid/plague stops being applied
