Hotfix #3
🛟 Bug Fixes & Stability
- Rewritten Research Key System: Completely overhauled the internal memory architecture of the
ResearchKey. The system is now fully immutable and shielded from real-time NBT modifications by external forces. - Fixed Duplicate Items in GUI: Resolved a critical duplication bug where items with mutating NBT tags (such as items from TechGuns or HBM's Nuclear Tech) would desynchronize inside the internal
HashMap, causing twin entries to appear in the research menu. - Hardcoded Forge Garbage Filter: Forced absolute isolation against
ForgeCapsNBT data. The system now automatically purges volatile engine-level capabilities upon processing, ensuring consistent item matching regardless of hidden Forge tracking data. - Fixed Partial Progress for Dynamic Items: Items with internal storage (like batteries or ammo-loaded weapons) can now be safely researched in separate batches without breaking the progression counter.
⚙️ Technical Changes
- Enhanced data safety by encapsulating
ResearchKeydata fields and implementing deep copying (.copy()) on all NBT input/output channels to prevent cross-mod memory leaking.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
