MCPvP Ranked 1.1.3 - Update Log
New: ELO Defenses Gone a week without playing a ranked kit? Your rank now has to be defended. You'll get a 3-day window to play one match in that kit — win it and nothing changes. Lose it (or don't play at all) and you drop exactly one division. Aimed at stopping people from grinding a rank and then just sitting on it.
Netherite gets a small streak bonus Wins in Netherite are still mostly flat, but hit a 5-win streak and your gain bumps from +5 to +7 — capped there, it won't climb any further. Losses are unchanged (-30). It's still the hardest tier to climb; this just takes the edge off pure bad luck.
ELO is now computed server-side Previously the client calculated its own ELO change and just reported the number. That's now done entirely by the database — the mod just reports who won. Closes off the main way a modified client could fake results or dodge a derank.
UI Kits with a defense pending now show a countdown right on the Kit Progress tab, plus a heads-up in the tooltip if you're getting close to the 7-day mark.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
