Changes
Replays now play on your own client, so they're completely smooth. You can pause, change the speed and skip around (K to pause, arrow keys to skip and change speed, or /replay pause, /replay speed, /replay seek).
Added a replay bar that shows the time, the keys being pressed, jumps, speed and efficiency while you watch.
Added a race ghost of your PB that runs next to you while you do a map. Turn it off with /replay race off or /hide race.
Shift click a map in the map browser to watch its world record.
Fixed the server freezing for a few seconds every time someone finished a run, which also made the next run get rejected.
Runs no longer get rejected when the server lags.
Replays recorded during lag no longer play back too fast, and they now include a moment before the start and after the finish.
Jump stats and efficiency are now actually saved in replays and shown to spectators.
Fixed being able to fly around and teleport while spectating. When you stop spectating you go back to exactly where you were.
You can now follow players into other dimensions while spectating.
Fixed world record ghosts duplicating, and ghosts are a lot smoother and look where the player was looking.
Fixed the spectator list not showing when only one person is watching.
/spec path is now capped and doesn't draw lines across teleports.
Replays of invalidated runs can't be watched anymore.
Replays take up way less space (295 MB down to 11 MB on our server) and load much faster. Existing replays are converted automatically the first time a server starts on this version.
Fixed the HUD not showing on Forge 26.1.
Fixed a crash when switching servers and getting stuck when using /spec while dead.
Fixed /unspec putting you in adventure mode when you weren't spectating.
Fixed big zones lagging the server and players rejoining into the void after logging out in a plot.
You can still join with 1.1.5 or 1.1.6, you just won't get the new replay playback until you update.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
