We've just released an update for MobCapture with some important improvements!

Key Changes:

  • Difficulty Scaling: Spawn egg drop chances are higher on easier difficulties and lower on harder ones.
    • Peaceful: 1.5x chance
    • Easy: 1.25x chance
    • Normal: 1.0x chance (baseline)
    • Hard: 0.75x chance
  • Mob Rarity Modifiers: Drop rates are now adjusted based on the mob's category for fairer collection.
    • Hostile Mobs: Full chance (1.0x)
    • Passive/Aquatic Mobs: 0.6x chance
    • Ambient Mobs: 0.35x chance
    • Rare/Special Mobs: 0.2x chance
    • Others: Full chance (1.0x)
  • Code Optimization: Improved readability.
