Changes
Mobile Networks 4.0.0
Minecraft 1.21.1 | NeoForge
Roaming
- Added primary, secondary, roaming and blocked network permissions per player.
- Each player can have one primary operator, which provides their subscription and allowances.
- Added per-player roaming signal caps, free message/minute allowances and mineral charges per usage batch.
- Configure roaming networks individually or update all eligible networks together.
- Added an R beside the signal bars, separate from the network name.
Operator Plans
- Create operator plans with titles, descriptions, message limits, call minutes and maximum signal tiers.
- Prices can use one or two materials: iron, copper, diamonds, gold or coal. Free plans are also supported.
- Subscribe and reactivate from the phone, with atomic inventory checks and clear price confirmation.
- Active plan changes are queued for the next renewal, without an immediate charge.
- Assign complimentary plans to selected players, with confirmation before switching to a paid plan.
- Added configurable billing periods in Minecraft days, with operator overrides and midnight renewals.
- Added half-day renewal warnings listing the upcoming plan and required materials.
- Failed payments suspend service until the player manually reactivates their plan. The operator app remains accessible.
- The operator app now shows allowance bars, whole remaining call minutes, phone number, renewal countdown and available plans.
Income & Server Interface
- Added multiple payment beneficiaries, equal mineral distribution and administrator remainder allocation.
- Earnings persist for offline beneficiaries and can be withdrawn through the new Income app.
- Materials that do not fit in the inventory remain available for later withdrawal.
- Rebuilt Server administration with a consistent fixed-scale interface, paginated player selectors and dedicated network, plan, roaming, billing and SMS sections.
- Added revision checks to prevent stale editors from overwriting newer settings.
SMS & Offline Reading
- Operators can optionally send a custom SMS when a renewal payment fails, using one of their saved profiles.
- Previously loaded messages remain readable without coverage through a bounded, persistent local cache.
- Sending and new-message synchronisation still require coverage and resume automatically when service returns.
- Added an unread-message reminder in Minecraft chat ten seconds after joining, when carrying a phone.
Languages & Performance
- Full English support for new screens and billing notices, using British English by default and Spanish automatically for Spanish clients.
- Added an Automatic / English (UK) / Spanish interface selector in the mod's configuration screen.
- Billing checks online players once per second, without loading offline inventories or generating chunks.
- Retained optimised voice forwarding, background storage, bounded caches and batched map synchronisation.
- Fixed small-screen layout overlaps and retained the original call sounds without trimming them.
Updating
Update the mod on the server and every client. Simple Voice Chat remains required on both sides. The voice port is still UDP 24454; this update adds no ports.
Optional dependencies
Any compatible version
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
