Overview

ModChecker scans players' mod folders upon joining and enforces a configurable whitelist. Players with unapproved mods are automatically kicked. The system also supports player exclusions, Bedrock auto-detection, and real-time configuration reloads.

Commands

Aliases: mc, modcheck, mcheck

• /<command> check <player> - View a player's installed mods
• /<command> reload - Reload the configuration file
• /<command> whitelist <on|off> - Enable or disable the whitelist
• /<command> auto-exclude-bedrock <on|off> - Toggle automatic exclusion for Bedrock players
• /<command> mod add <mod> - Add a mod to the whitelist
• /<command> mod remove <mod> - Remove a mod from the whitelist
• /<command> mod list - List all whitelisted mods
• /<command> exclusion add <player> - Exempt a player from mod checks
• /<command> exclusion remove <player> - Remove a player from the exclusion list
• /<command> exclusion list - View all excluded players

Permissions

modchecker.admin - Full access to all commands (Default: OP)

Requirements

• Server: Paper 1.21.x
• Client: ModSender
• Java: 21+

Installation

1. Place the JAR in your server's mods folder
2. Start the server to generate the configuration file
3. Configure your whitelist and settings
4. Reload with /<command> reload to apply changes
