Changes
Decorated Pot Storage Decorated Pots can now store a single stack of items, with interaction wobble animations, dust particles, and corresponding stack-handling behavior.
Copper Equipment Added Copper Helmets, Chestplates, Leggings, Boots, Swords, Pickaxes, Axes, Shovels, Hoes, and Copper Nuggets. Includes crafting and recycling recipes, repair support, armor trims, item and armor textures, and equipment sounds.
New Status Effects and Potions Added Wind Charged, Weaving, Oozing, and Infested, including brewing recipes, splash potions, lingering potions, tipped arrows, effect icons, and translations. Brew an Awkward Potion with a Breeze Rod, Cobweb, Slime Block, or Stone, respectively. Wind Charged creates a wind burst on death; Weaving places cobwebs on death; Oozing spawns slimes on death; Infested can spawn silverfish when the affected entity is hurt.
Advancements and Exploration Added Mob Kabob, awarded for hitting at least five mobs during the same Charge attack. Added Spear loot entries to Buried Treasure, Village Weaponsmith chests, large and small Ocean Ruins, Bastion Remnant treasure chests, and End City treasure chests. Loot integration avoids duplicate entries and respects supported overrides.
Gameplay Changes and Improvements Spears(yes, it supports attribute swap)
Improved repeated-hit damage and knockback tracking, corrected mob Charge timing, and addressed conflicts between Charge attacks, ordinary melee attacks, and retreat behavior. Removed the additional first-person downward movement after attacking. Added independent hotbar equip recovery so switching items and performing a Jab no longer share the same visual timer. Separated the player’s held-use duration from finite attack-effect windows and mob engagement timing. Interaction-related positioning and unexpected interruptions remain under investigation. Mobs and Mounted Combat
Added Spear approach, Charge, and retreat behavior for Zombies, Husks, and Zombified Piglins, alongside regular Piglin Brain integration. Golden Spears are now recognized as Piglin-loved items. Replaced placeholder swords on the relevant mounted Zombie and Husk variants with Spears. Added visible Camel Husk saddles and improved navigation ownership between riders and mounts. Removed duplicate mount-speed adjustments. Forced dismounting now checks whether the rider actually dismounted, including when another mod cancels the action. Improved left-handed and third-person Spear poses, including the empty arm. Bogged and Parched now fall back to melee when unarmed and support switching between main-hand and offhand bows. Updated Zombie Horse control and sunlight handling. Removed the guaranteed test helmet from newly generated Zombie Horse riders without deleting ordinary random equipment or modifying existing riders. Maces and Enchantments
Set the Mace’s rarity to Epic, added an enchantability value of 15, and enabled repair using Breeze Rods. Corrected enchanting-table and anvil eligibility, including preventing Mace-only enchantments from appearing on Spears. Restored ordinary Librarian trade eligibility for Density, Breach, and Lunge, replacing the duplicate fixed test trades. Wind Burst remains a treasure enchantment and is excluded from ordinary Librarian trades and enchanting-table discovery. Reworked Breach to modify armor damage reduction rather than approximate its effect by increasing raw damage. Added configurable Mace smash knockback for nearby, non-primary targets, defaulting to 0.35×. This is an intentional balance adjustment; direct-target damage and the separate Wind Burst effect are unchanged. Progression, Configuration, and Performance
Moved Country Lode, Take Me Home from the Nether advancement tab to Adventure, retaining compatibility with existing completion records. Added independent options for updated Lodestone crafting and Name Tag/candle trades. These options are disabled by default. Added an in-game configuration screen and diagnostic commands for enchantments, loot, Copper equipment, and mounted entities. Fixed the missing Decorated Pot container-clearing method and disabled unnecessary inventory tracing and combat stack-trace logging.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
