Modular Forcefields (MFFS) 1.21.1-0.6.0
New features
- Sponge module now works — The sponge module no longer just sits there as a placeholder. It now actually removes fluids from blocks inside the field.
- Biometric identification for the field projector — The field projector can now use a Biometric Identifier to let specific players pass through the field while blocking others.
- Rendered fortron rays — The fortron beams/rays now render properly.
- Colourless fortron fluid texture — Added a texture for colourless fortron fluid.
- Updated JEI and Neoforge — The mod now uses newer versions of the JEI (Just Enough Items) and Neoforge libraries, keeping things compatible with the latest setup.
Fixes
- Fixed Interdiction Matrix permissions, protection, and inventory transfers — The Interdiction Matrix now handles permissions, protection, and moving items in/out correctly.
- Beams now use default Minecraft settings — Added a config option so the fortron beams can be based on your default Minecraft settings.
- Reverted fortron field colour when modules are absent — The field colour is now reverted when modules are missing.
- Removed deprecated code — Old, deprecated code has been stripped out across the mod.
Note: A large earlier commit ("Preliminary move to null-analysis-based system") introduced MFFS' null-analysis system and bumped the version to 0.6.0. It's the foundation for the changes above and doesn't need separate explanation for daily use.
Optional dependencies
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
