Release 26.1.2-0.1.0+dev-8056372b
Highlights
- Added full controller UI Java extension support, including a ModernUI custom UI example.
- Added controller recipe pool modes: ordered pools, selector screen, persisted/synchronized selection, Jade display, and recipe routing through pool mode.
- Added Patchouli guide compatibility, updated Modular Guide/Patchouli content and textures, and a new config screen.
- Expanded integration/UI support: normal port GUI container interaction, combined/multiple port overlays, AE port updates, exposed chemical/heat IO views, KubeJS smartInterface x Mekanism API, extended JEI workstation registration, and refreshed blueprint/port/GUI textures.
- Improved JEI recipe page layout and blueprint UI, including foldable material lists and factory thread visuals.
Fixes
- Fixed recipe codec network I/O and output data parsing.
- Fixed async tick/fence synchronization, unexpected tick additions, unstable tick assertions, and async tick alignment on level post.
- Fixed factory snapshot network sync missing module info.
- Fixed recipe pool switching/fallback issues that could discard work, plus recipe pool information display.
- Fixed Jade/Controller UI name colors, duplicate Jade version property, and Jade client/KJS/JEI sync errors.
- Fixed CTM/texture rendering issues, including particles, hotbar/inventory freezing, basic casing CTM, world preview alpha above y=200, chemical icon cropping, and fluid port size.
- Fixed preview direction/rotation/scale and structure export rotation.
- Fixed client registry/render/startup registration timing and KubeJS BuilderJS button rendering after init.
- Fixed unasyncable requirements lagging recipe process ticks.
Performance
- Refactored controller async execution and queue handling; mitigated thread backlog.
- Optimized ShareIO.
- Cached custom controller text calculations to reduce snapshot creation.
- Added small idle/offline and general performance optimizations.
- Limited prefetch and prevented offline flux input from pre-fetching energy.
Maintenance
- Refactored the public/global API call chain and reference layer; removed deprecated APIs and 1.21.1 reference modules. Addon authors should review custom integrations.
- Updated tests/CI for game tests, UI events, machine registry, upgrade bus races, old tests, test dependencies, and GitHub Actions gameTest.
- Updated dependencies and language keys.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
