Changes
New
- 26.3 port.
- Ghast Tears can now be used as a new Ghast projectile, dropping tears that heal Living Entities directly on impact and leave behind a regeneration cloud whose radius, duration, and potency scale with the Ghast's closeness to its target mood (see next point).
- Certain items can now pull a Ghast's mood toward (or away from) a specific target value instead of only shifting it up or down β Ghast Tears, for example, cause the Ghast to become sad.
- For items with a target mood, individual stats can now be configured to scale based on how close the Ghast's mood is to that target, rather than always scaling off the raw mood value.
- Happy Ghast teleportation now also spawns directional particles. (26.3 only)
Changes
- Shot delay between projectiles in a barrage can now be affected by Ghast mood instead of being fixed.
- Items now appear in more appropriate positions within their Creative Mode tabs.
- Happy Ghast teleportation no longer requires the same vertical clearance when it isn't carrying a rider.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed projectile items sometimes being consumed and put on cooldown without actually firing, when used while riding a Ghast.
- Fixed Ice Charge not properly crediting the Ghast (or player) responsible as the damage source.
- Fixed nearby adult Happy Ghasts not resetting their "recently followed by a baby" status once that baby died, causing them to keep reacting as if it were still nearby.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
