- Adjust EntityLookup#hasEntity(UUID) to adhere to Vanilla behavior
- Match Vanilla vertical entity retrieval, fixing some collision behavior inconsistencies in rare instances
- Do not crash when an entity is removed during entity tracker tick
- Expose loaded chunk holders via MoonriseChunkHolderMap for mod compatibility, improving compatibility with JourneyMap
- Fix chunk send/load/gen limiting being off

Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not.
