Changes
21.0.9-beta
- Added wind system into Minecraft.
- Wind is a global weather occurrence that randomly happens in the world. Wind consists of two components on the axis X and axis Z respectively, and the max speed each component is 17.5 (m/s).
- Wind can affect part of paricles and blocks, pushing them along the wind (It's just a visual effect). These blocks includes most of plants, chains, lanterns, water, cobweb, hanging signs, bell and banners.
- To change the wind speed, you can use "/weather wind" command, either directly setting the speed or resetting the speed to zero.
- In the config, you can turn the whole wind system off, or simply turn off the wind effect.
- Known issue: the wind would heavily degrades performance, even you turn the wind off. One solution is installing optimization mods. Currently, More Colorful is compatible with Sodium.
- Notice that the wind part is incompleted. More features coming soon.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
