Changes
The first stable version of a mod that adds a telegraph key, paper tapes and Morse code to Minecraft.
-
Telegraph Key
- Can be used by the player to enter dots and dashes.
- Produces authentic telegraph sounds.
- Works with redstone signals.
- Displays localized messages (dot/dash, paper quantity, and warnings).
-
Paper and telegraph charging
- The telegraph requires paper to operate.
- The crafting recipe allows you to "charge" the telegraph with paper directly.
- 1 paper = 10 recording characters.
-
Paper Tape
- Stores a sequence of entered characters.
- When the telegraph is in operation, a ready-made tape with a recording is issued.
- Support for empty/filled tape with localized messages.
-
Saving contents
- When the telegraph is destroyed in survival, an item with the saved amount of paper is dropped.
- When the block is installed, the paper is automatically transferred back.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
