Hexssence is a Hexcasting addon based around resource generation and transmutation. You can't do anything worthwhile until you find an "Analyze" great scroll.

Usage

For modpack devs and server admins: You will need to add your own recipes! This mod DOES NOT come with any recipes!

For everyone after that:

  1. Use the Extraction spell to extract essences from dropped items.
  2. Craft Essence Jars.
  3. Put essences into Essence Jars.
  4. Find an "Analyze" great scroll.
  5. Use the Analyze spell to get a Recipe iota.
  6. Decay that iota into a list of lists [itemtype, count] to see what the recipe costs.
  7. Use the Recipe iota and a list of the positions of the requisite essence jars, along with an output position to combine essences from the jars into the target item.
