Changes
V4.3.0 - Cooler Caps & More!
- Revamped Mushroom Cap textures for each color!
- Added an Inky Mushroom Cap equipped with a custom particle effect!
- Added the Sporestep enchantment! Sporestep grants the wearer speed, jump boost, and slow falling when standing on mushroom-related blocks! This enchantment only works on Mushroom Caps and has 3 levels of power.
- Added 2 new custom particles; Ink Drops for the Inky Mushroom Cap, and Stepping Spores for the Sporestep enchantment.
- Increased the durability of Mushroom Caps.
- Mushroom Caps can now be repaired using a Blank Mushroom Cap or one of the same dyed color!
- Added the Cottagecore Conqueror achievement.
- Funglings are now tameable again! Funglings can be tamed using Dead Bushes, except for the nether variants which can be tamed using Crimson/Warped Roots. Tamed Funglings can also be told to stay and follow when shift-right-clicked!
- Reworked Wine Cap, Crimson, and Warped Fungling models/textures!
- Reworked all Fungling spawn egg textures!
- What A Fun-guy achievement now obtainable by taming a Fungling instead of petting.
- Reworked the Aromatic effect into the Arborescence effect! Arborescence effect will spawn resinous orbs around the entity, when picked up they grant brief slowness, stacking levels of absorption, and a bit more extra time on Arborescence.
- Changed some brewing recipes for the Tree Resin.
- Added the new Portobello mushroom block!
- Artist Conk, Shaggy Mane, Lantern Mushroom, Mossy Polypore, Miso Soup, and all Glowshrooms are no longer able to be eaten when right-clicked on the block. Instead their item can be eaten like a normal food, and right-clicking on a block places their corresponding decorative block.
- Added the “Placeable” tooltip onto all the mushroom items that are able to be placed as blocks.
- Glowshroom texture changes so that now they are more vibrant and emissive!
- Revamped Artist Conk, and Mossy Maze Polypore models/textures!
- Adjusted some block bounding boxes to fit the actual models. (You can now actually crawl inside the hollow logs!)
- Adjusted stump/trunk block spawning and fixed their weird identification tag.
- Adjusted the resistance and break-ability of some blocks.
- Glowshrooms, Bouncystools, Mega/Mini Mushies, and the Tall Nether Fungi can all now be bonemealed to produce more of the block!
- Changed the item textures for Artist Conk, Mossy-Maze Polypore, Portobellos, Turkey Tail, Jack O’ Lantern Mushroom, Matsutake, Bleeding Tooth Fungus, Brown Roll-Rim, Cookeina, Dark Scaled Knight, Slippery Jack, Weeping Widow, Scaber Stalk, and Wrinkled Peach.
- Made more mushroom items usable as fuel sources!
- Altered some effects given when certain mushrooms are consumed.
- Corrected some item registry names.
- Fixed mushroom items unable to be used to break any sort of block.
- Adjusted block breaking particles to be a bit cleaner for stumps/trunks.
- Removed the “Mushroom Quest Blocks” creative tab. Moved and organized everything into a single “Mushroom Quest” creative tab!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
