not enough enchants

NEW ENCHANTS:

• Air jump, lets you jump in midair!
• Thunderstrike, make your oponents feel the lightning (starts with a base chance of 5% inceases to a max of 25% on max lvl 5, if it storms the chance is doubled.)

REBALANCING:

• speed and jumped enchant max level decreased from 3 to 2
• smash and boom enchant damage reduced
• smash enchant now has a longer couldown (twice as long)
• bleed ecnhant max level increased from 2 to 3
• the base time the bleed effect gets aplied lowered
• on full moon the bleed effect does more damage

BUG FIXES:

• in the previous version you could spam the smash enchant when having a shield equipped, thats now not posible anymore
• uppercut enchantment dint work correctly on players, that should be fixed now
