This was the most rushed update ever

• Added recipes for Essence of Life
  • Essence of Life can be used now to craft Spawn Eggs
  • It is Highly Recommended to play with JEI or REI as this change adds 72 new recipes
  • Only supports vanilla spawn eggs for now
• Added Geiger Finder Enchantment
  • A Helmet only enchantment
  • Detects Radioactive elements
  • Will tick continuously when nearby Radioactive element
  • The closer you are to a Radioactive element the higher the pitch of the ticking sound will be
  • Currently only supports Reptianium ores and Reptianium Block
• Fixed Reptianium Block can be destroyed in lava or fire
• Changed the size of the Mod's logo from 1080x1080 to 512x512

Known Issues:

• Geiger Finder ticking sound starts to get buggy when nearby multiple Radioactive elements

1st Note: I didn't know that Java Data Gens was a thing as I'm still learning Java, I will redo Essence of Life recipes with Java Data Gens in the future if I find necessary

2nd Note: The current implementation of Geiger Finder Enchantment is terrible and I will do a whole rewrite for it in the future

3rd Note: This Mod is in ALPHA state and its current features will keep on updating and changing as the development continues and new features will be added every update, Always Backup Your Worlds

PS: I'm making this mod for learning Java and Javascript but hopefully one day it will be a playable mod that adds what I want to add to Minecraft
