Changes and Updates

• Singleplayer can be played again (but without Mathioks' storyline, we'll expand on survival with future updates)
• Damage resistance for modes in ModeConfig with PvE/PvP difference
• Added 4 new Byakugan jutsus: 64 Palms, 128 Palms, Palm Rotation and Twin Lion Fists
• Added Mastery and Soulbound settings to the SwordConfig
• Chakra charge speed and debuffs are now configurable
• Chakra drain for modes is now configurable in the ModeConfig
• Made the built-in holiday events "Easter" and "Christmas" toggleable in the GeneralConfig
• Mode Menu reintegrated in the Ninja Info Card
• As OP you can now define a target player in the /investsp command

Fixes

• Dojutsu Token: Mangekyou Sharingan now activates a random MS pattern
• Truthseeking Orb Token now properly hands out the jutsus
• Fixed an issue with entities registering twice on server start (just console spam)
• Otsutsuki mode should be visible for other players again
• Fixed Shuriken automatically having an Owner on initialization (bad for putting them in traders lol)
