Changes and Updates

• New jutsu blocks: JutsuFire and JutsuDirt (both despawn after 6s)
• Earth Release: Earth Wall now uses JutsuDirt instead of JutsuSand
• Fire Release: Running Fire now uses JutsuFire, doesn't set the user on fire anymore and scales in damage
• Fire Release: Wall of Fire now uses JutsuFire, doesn't set the user on fire anymore and scales in damage
• Earth Release: Earth Spear doesn't deal scaling damage with the projectile anymore but with the actual spear block (default JP cost increased to 30)
• Earth Release: Sand Tsunami now deals scaled damage
• New jutsu: Earth Release: Rock Throw to add a reliable damage jutsu to the Earth Release Skill Learner
• Gave all the swords that were just called "Katana" a proper name to make it easier in the NarutoSwordConfig

Fixes

• Earth Release: Sand Burial now properly puts the hit target in a cube of sand and crushes them with scaling damage
• Gave the Katana with missing texture a new one
• Removed a spammy debugging message for JP to Mastery conversion
