Hotfix

• Fixed CustomNPC being a mandatory dependency
• Entites like Tailed Beasts, Tengai Meteor or the large summons don't disappear anymore when not looking at their hitbox
• Fixed mode damage boost for the classic Rasengan
• Fixed Sensei NPC not having proper skill requirements and bugging out
• Fixed summons falling through the floor
• Attempted fix for the Byakugan effect sharing issue

New Feature

• Brought back crafting identified DNA into unidentified DNA. Configurable in the DNAConfig.cfg

This hotfix is both server- and client-sided so it needed to be a major version update
