2.0.7 (1.20.1) :

2.0.7 has finally been backported to 1.20.1, thank you all for your patience and understanding! For those who are unfamiliar, I have swapped to 2.0 releases and minor releases, as I did a large update and revamp for the mod on later versions and would like to do more major updates going forward for the main version number.

As per usual, please report issues you have in my Discord server. NOT Starfish Studios With that being said-

  • Added 24 new animals + variants, items, and blocks from 1.21.1+

    • New Mobs / Changes :

      • Land : Bird, Black Bear, Capybara, Hedgehog, Komodo Dragon, Mammoth, Mole, Tiger, Turkey
      • Aquatic : Anglerfish, Blobfish, Clam, Giant Isopod, Great White Shark, Jellyfish, Piranha, Ray, Starfish, Whale
      • Small / Bugs : Ant, Crab, Desert Scorpion, Jungle Scorpion, Rat
      • Changes to older animals:
        • Bird replaces Bluejay, Canary, Cardinal, Finch, Robin and Sparrow; they are now variants instead of individual mobs.
        • Coral Snake and Rattlesnake are now merged into a single Snake mob.
        • Moose has been removed.

    • New Blocks / Changes :

      • Ostrich Egg
      • Ant Hill
      • Plush Bear (renamed from Teddy Bear)
      • Red, Orange, Blue and Purple Starfish
      • Cattail and Duckweed have been removed.

    • New / Changed Items :

      • Anglerfish, Blobfish, Piranha, Clam Meat, Crab Meat, Drumstick, Mammoth Meat, and Morsels, each with a cooked version.
      • Fat, Hide, Tooth, Scorpion Poison Gland
      • Anglerfish Bucket, Blobfish Bucket, Piranha Bucket, Giant Isopod Bucket, Jellyfish Bucket, Ray Bucket, Starfish Bucket, Duckling Bucket
      • Caught Ants, Queen Ants, Bees, Crabs, Dragonflies, Fireflies, Hedgehogs, Rats, Scorpions, Silverfishs, Endermites, and Snails
        • Snails have replaced Snail Buckets and are now caught with the Capture Net.
      • Capture Net (replaces Bug Net), Knapsack, Whistle
      • Wild Ones Music Disc, Death by Hogs Music Disc
      • Removed individual Bird/Snake Spawn Eggs and Cattail Fluff.

  • GeckoLib is no longer required.

  • MidnightLib and Cloth Config are no longer used or required.

  • Fabric now removes farm animals from Savannas and Swamps, and Pigs from Forests, matching Forge, and Snail Shells can now be composted on Fabric.

  • Added Field Guide and LambDynamicLights compat.
