- Animals in the bed (pickup) — with the bed rack installed and the tailgate open, lead the animal behind the pickup and click the tailgate: it climbs the ramp on its own and the lead goes back to your hand. Inside they wander around loose. Each animal takes a share of the bed by size (chicken or wolf 1/5, sheep or pig 1/4, cow or horse 1/2, polar bear the whole bed; animals from other mods go by size) and you can mix them freely. To unload, click the animal with the tailgate open; holding a lead, it comes down already leashed.
- Bike in the bed (pickup) — with the tailgate open and the bed empty, ride a motorcycle up from behind and it climbs the ramp and rides along. To get off, the rider reverses with the tailgate open. Driving with the tailgate open drops the bike, like cargo. The Rarley is too long to close the tailgate: clicking the tailgate ties it down with ropes instead.
- Cargo is heavy — walking with a loaded box, shulker box or drum in hand leaves you crawling and unable to jump (server configs
heavyCargo, heavyCargoSlownessandheavyCargoNoJump). - Open tailgate, cargo on the road — driving the pickup with the tailgate open makes the cargo slide out the back, one at a time. Boarding with it open shows a warning.
- Bed cargo (pickup) — with the tailgate open, click the pickup holding a box, a shulker box or a steel drum to load up to 2 in the bed, mixed any way; box and shulker open on click (9 or 27 slots), the drum fills and empties with a bucket; sneak + click takes it out. No cargo with the rack installed, and vice versa.
- Bed rack (pickup) — an upgrade for 32 planks of any wood, by clicking the pickup. Removing gives the same planks back.
- Click-to-upgrade — to install the Rarley's saddlebag or the rat rod's hood, just click the vehicle holding the item. No lift needed anymore. The saddlebag is now a box: 9 slots, and its contents travel with it. ⚠️ Older saddlebags had 27 slots: empty them before updating.
- Box — a wooden crate with 9 slots that keeps its contents when broken. Can't go inside another box, and a loaded one can't ride in a vehicle compartment.
- Rider stays in the seat — the player (and the first-person camera) now follows the body when it leans in turns, accelerates or brakes; it used to slide around the seat.
- GeckoLib 4.9.3 or newer — 4.9.2 has a known issue; update the library along with the mod. And Navaronee Core 2.2.0 or newer.
- Pickup — new single-cab truck with a bed; the tailgate opens and closes with a click. Assembles on the car lift with the inline 6 or the small diesel.
- Paintable bodywork — every vehicle (except the ultralight and the backhoe) takes a color over the factory paint, keeping the grain and leaving glass, tires, chrome and details untouched; the fuel cap follows the color; you can repaint over it. The color comes from the paint gun: it loads red, green and blue dye (a stack fills one channel), you pick a color on a wheel (or type the hex), and right-clicking the vehicle paints it, spending that color's pigments plus a bit of white base tint (a water bucket with 8 white dye; one bucket covers 10 paint jobs). Pigment price and base yield are server configs.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
