Changelog

Additions: -Tai-Chi Kick -"tai_chi_kick" damage type tag. Damage types in this tag can only be parried with the Tai-Chi Kick or the unbounded counter

Changes: -Internal damage no longer removes health directly when converted into damage (for the player) -Parries are now directional, except air parries, tai-chi kicks and unbounded counters

Fixes: -Qi can no longer go below 0 and above 5
