This release adds multi-loader support and expands compatibility testing.

Compatibility

• Fabric file: no-too-expensive-anvil-1.3.0.jar
• NeoForge file: no-too-expensive-anvil-neoforge-1.3.0.jar
• Forge file: no-too-expensive-anvil-forge-1.3.0.jar
• Do not mix loader jars in the same mods folder.
• Tax Free Levels is compatible. When it is installed, Tax Free Levels takes priority for anvil cost behavior and this mod disables overlapping anvil cost mixins.
