Create: Northstar - Redux

• 🦊 Added support for NeoForge 1.21.1 - Removed due to too many bug related to changes in 1.21.1, will be added back once the fix is ready.
• Updated most textures to fit the Create/Minecraft styles
• Replaced iron related blocks with titanium
• Added an option to change the temperature unit between Celsius, Fahrenheit and Kelvin.
• Added auto-lander for rockets
• Added option to change the rotation direction of combustion engines
• Added connected textures and animations for the solar panel
• Added JEI compatibility for fuel types (see on rocket engine/combustion engine)
• Changed models of rocket engines for multiblock setups
• Changes to the oxygen sealer and temperature regulator:
  • Added possibility to seal contraptions (requires oxygen)
  • Improved compatibility with blocks for what is sealed and what isn't
  • Fixed lag spikes occurring every 2 seconds when sealing large areas
  • Added server configurations for the maximum sealed size and oxygen usage as well as performance options.
  • Added debug option to visualise the sealed area
• Changed oxygen to be compatible with other mods
• Changed the combustion engine to require oxygen
• Removed the temperature regulator box offset
• Fixed visuals of all blocks with or without flywheel enabled
• Fixed oxygen filler item not rendering properly
• Fixed various crafting recipes
• Fixed crashes and visual problems when using shaders
• Fixed solar panels randomly breaking at night
• Fixed non-seated entities phasing out of rockets (Seating is still recommended to avoid issues)
• Fixed electrolysis-machine not using any stress units
• Added possibility to register new recipes for the electrolysis machine
• Added possibility to register new fuel types
