Obscure Revival(Not affiliated with Obscure Tooltips / Obscure API. It is a completely independent project.) is a Minecraft mod dedicated to unearthing forgotten, overlooked, and underutilized elements of the game—and giving them a stage to truly shine.

Currently available: Chainmail Armor Redux — a complete rework that makes chainmail scale in protection the longer you survive in combat. Fully stable, tested, and ready for your survival world.

Chainmail now specializes in slash-deflection defense. Its protection value grows dynamically the longer you survive a fight — rewarding endurance over brute force. Keloid-Enchanted Chainmail: Armor Grows When Hit

  • Fully functional in singleplayer and multiplayer
  • Network-synchronized via Minecraft's official tracked data system
  • No known bugs

📥 Installation

  1. Ensure you have Fabric Loader 0.18.4+ installed for Minecraft 1.21.11.
  2. Download the latest .jar from this page.
  3. Place it into your .minecraft/mods folder.
  4. Important: This mod must be installed on both the client and the server to function correctly.

Currently, this mod has no required dependencies. If this changes, they will be clearly listed here.
