This version of Counter has some problems:

This build is frozen; all future work is going into the upcoming rewrite.
Simplified Chinese only (multi-language coming in the rewrite).

Known Issues

Gradient colors and boss-bars may render incorrectly.
Blank lines in UIs can appear in the wrong places.
Ban-duration calculations are inaccurate.
The plugin cannot reload itself.
Several commands don’t work from the console.
