Omnis

Initial release. Includes:

• New commands: Fly, heal, more, repair, shareitem and rocket
• Beds can no longer be used to skip night
• Overworld time and weather are now displayed in server MOTD
• Dragon eggs can now be mined
• Some armor now has weight, reducing and restricting movement
• Withers can not be spawned within 16 blocks of bedrock
• Gloom -- avoid the darkness
• Rockets and tridents are unable to be used to boost elytra
• Mending is disabled; cumulative repair cost is abolished
• Nether portals can only be made 8,192 blocks apart
