a small patch to allow servers to toggle boat collision between:

  • vanilla
  • ignore boats and players
  • ignore all entities

there is a new packet for this as well as two modes:

  • NOCOL_BOATS_AND_PLAYERS
  • NOCOL_ALL_ENTITIES
