Optimiz+

The modpack has been designed to optimize Minecraft without any noticeable differences in graphics. While the settings of the game have been modified, not all of them, and you can adjust them to suit your computer's capabilities. I have a very weak computer, but this build manages to output 40-60 frames per second, compared to the usual 1-10 FPS of vanilla Minecraft.
