• Added the ability to use the flashlight underwater
• Added dynamic lighting using Sodium/Embeddium Dynamic Lights

• Added in curios support for the flashlight (ambient around player in a belt slot), reworked battery textures slightly
• Display flashlight attached to belt when in that curio slot, reworked syringe textures
