Changes
2.4 – Multi-version update
New
- Supports Minecraft 1.21 to 26.3
- Readable packet and field names everywhere (no more
class_2743/comp_1563), works offline - Redesigned web UI: live traffic graph, details panel with Copy JSON, settings panel, works on phones
- Sorting: newest at bottom or top, or grouped by packet type (A–Z or most common first)
- Uses far less browser memory
- New icon in Mod Menu
Fixed
- Packet names were unreadable outside the dev environment, which made multiplayer look broken
- Player movement toggle did nothing
- Singleplayer showed every packet twice
- Crash on 1.21.9+ and when the config file was broken
- Websites and other devices on your network could read your packets; the web UI now only accepts your own PC (set
allowLanAccessinconfig/packetspy.jsonto watch from your phone) - Busy servers could lag the game
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
