Peculiar Peppers

ADDED/IMPROVED:

• Chili can now be combined with Shredded Cheese to make Chili Bowls that can give Fire Resistance for half the time of their respective Potion but also either a 50% chance of the Caliente effect or a 50% chance to remove Caliente, Wither, and Poison effects (like Cheese does already but even better)
  • Recipes were also added as "shortcuts" to get to the "final dishes" easier
• Added custom crafting recipes for turning rats:cheese and cfm:cheese into 3 Shredded Cheese, much like Cheese Wedges already do in the mod, allowing for more crafting versatility and compatibility with Rats and/or Furniture Refurbished (should be worth noting that Shredded Cheese is still in the forge:cheese tag but it's the only food item you can craft with the chili or hot dogs to make a better meal out of them)
• Items in the Creative Tab have been properly re-ordered to make way for the new cheesier crafting options
