Pehkui Continuation 3.8.3+1.21.11 Beta

Unofficial continuation build of Pehkui for Minecraft 1.21.11. This is not an official Virtuoel release.

Tested so far

• Builds successfully against Minecraft 1.21.11.
• Dedicated Fabric server starts with the mod installed.
• Client reaches the title screen and joins a local dedicated server.
• Two local dev clients can join the same test server.
• Basic /scale command smoke testing completed.
• Respawn scale persistence/config behavior checked.

Known beta caveats

• Wider testing is still needed for F3+B hitboxes and interaction boxes.
• Visual/entity render scaling needs more coverage across mobs and edge cases.
• Crouch/sneak behavior needs more multiplayer testing.
• Held item, nameplate, leash, and shulker-specific rendering still need focused verification.
• Relog persistence should be tested in normal online/server environments.
• Some Gradle remap warnings remain for older compatibility targets.
