NEW STRUCTURES -ocean_fortress_main -ocean_fortress_part1 -ocean_fortress_part2 -ocean_fortress_part3 -ocean_ruin6 -ocean_ruin7

NEW OCEAN PROPERTIES -Gravel is now more common to randomly spawn on the ruins oceans floor to blend into the terrain better.

LOOT TABLE CHANGES -The ruins type loot has now a 5% decrease of value.

STRUCTURE SPAWNS -All ruins structure spawns has a now 10-15% decrease of spacing, and separation.
