-Added a new texture for the NeoPlatinum Battleaxe in the Old Platinum built-in texture pack so it fits in
-Nerfed copper tools by .5 damage to make damage numbers correct
-Changed copper tools/armor texture to look better. Legacy copper tools/armor texture pack remains unchanged.
