Plugins Reload

기존 리로드 명령어가 바뀌어서 만든 플러그인 리로드 플러그인

기본은 /pl로 작동

/pl reload - plugins 폴더의 새 플러그인 jar를 인식하고 활성화합니다.
/pl unload <plugin> - <plugin>에 적은 플러그인을 인식 해제합니다.
/pl help - 명령어 목록과 간단한 설명을 봅니다.
/pl version - 현재 PluginsReload 버전을 봅니다.
/pl update - 새 버전을 확인합니다.

A plugin created because the existing reload command has changed: the Reload Plugin

/pl reload - Detects and activates new plugin JAR files in the plugins folder.
/pl unload <plugin> - Unregisters the plugin specified in <plugin>.
/pl help - Displays a list of commands and brief descriptions.
/pl version - Displays the current PluginsReload version.
/pl update - Checks for new versions.
