Rewrote most of Java side rendering code and big part of shader code to make rendering more stable, this should fix faulty lerping between frames and occasional flickering when 2 scenarios active, as well as issues for some GPUs
Fixed lightnings producing thunder audiable up to 80000 block distance causing dead storms to "thunder"
Fixed TLE's rendering on top of blocks
