Changelog v3.2.0
Updated to Cobblemon 1.8.2 & MSD 1.3.1
- Updated the custom type implementation to be more in line with what Cobblemon does
- Added Lost Lore dex as a subdex of the national dex to prevent crashes in 1.8.2, meaning they also appear in the National Dex now (mainly just Black Fog who was missing)
Added Custom Pokéballs!
Mewtwo Ball
- This ball is from the first Pokémon movie!
- Ignores the current HP of the target for the catch rate calculation
- Meaning it behaves as if the Pokémon had one hp - regardless of its actual hp (which translates to roughly a 2x catch rate at one hp and 6x at 100% hp)
Typing Ball
- This ball is from Pokémon: Typing Adventure
- It has a 5x catch rate boost on unown and 1x against every other Pokémon
- Was added as a gimmick to test out what I can do with custom Pokéballs, might add more in the future!
Smaller Additions, updates & fixes:
- Added support to my upcoming mod ZA Mega Shards
- Removed now redundant size tweaks for Water Shuriken Greninja
- Removed all old Riolu assets & adapted scarfs to the new 1.8.2 one
- Updated all Mega Stones to match MSDs new ones thanks to Sherbet!
- Fixed riding for Clone Starters & their forms, Virus Groudon and Illusionary Rayquaza
- Fixed a minor issue with the Crystal & Shadow types appearing twice in the TM machine GUI
- Removed old Lucario Base & Mega models & adapted scarfs to the new 1.8.2 one (Costumes will use the old one for now)
The update released way sooner than expected due to a breaking change in Cobblemon 1.8.2 so a fair bit of the planned features, polish & updates I planned didn't make it into this release!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
