Changes
For Cobblemon 1.7.x. If you are on Cobblemon 1.8.x, download the +cobblemon1.8 file instead.
Added: spawn finder and dex
Press N for a searchable list of every species, with no wiki tab needed.
Spawns. Biomes and biome tags, time of day, weather, light level, Y range, required structures, nearby blocks, level range, rarity bucket and weight, listed per spawn rule.
Here filter. Narrows the list to what can spawn at your current position using your biome, dimension, time, weather, moon phase, Y and light. Spawns that also depend on something the client cannot check, such as a structure or a nearby block, are marked with a tilde instead of being hidden.
Evolution. Every path with its requirements in plain English. Level, friendship, held items, stones, time of day, biome, party members, stat comparisons, advancements and more.
Moves. The full learnset grouped by how each move is learned, level up, egg, TM, tutor, special and legacy, with a filter to show one group at a time.
Drops, stats and breeding. Drop table with chances, base stats, abilities, catch rate, egg groups, egg cycles and experience group.
All of this is read from the Cobblemon version you have installed, at runtime. Nothing is bundled and the mod makes no network requests, so it works offline and keeps working when Cobblemon adds new Pokemon.
In singleplayer it reads your world's live spawn pool, so enabled data packs are included. On a multiplayer server, spawn data never reaches the client, so what you see is base Cobblemon rather than that server's custom spawns. The Spawns tab says so at the top.
Added: IV percentage display
An option to show IVs as one overall percentage of the maximum instead of six separate numbers.
Off: IVs: HP:27 A:14 D:31 SA:22 SD:18 S:20
On: IVs: 71%
Off by default. Found under Overlays in the config.
Other changes
- New keybind,
N, rebindable in Controls under PokeUtilities - Keybinds now show readable names in the Controls screen instead of raw translation keys
- New Spawn finder category in the ModMenu config screen
Client side only. No server install needed.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
